Cass City Varsity Red Hawks got on the board in the first inning after Shaylar McIntyre singled, scoring one run. Cass City Varsity Red Hawks scored five runs on five hits in the bottom of the second inning. Kacee Gray singled, scoring two runs, Josie Spencer singled, scoring two runs, and Mariah Henne tripled, scoring one run.
