Ron Huepenbecker: Coach for thirty-two years and Athletic Director for ten years. Coached various sports and received several Coach of the Year honors in wrestling.

Joy Young: Over 30 years of coaching at the middle school and high school levels including cheerleading, volleyball, and track. Her community and youth involvement made her a special coach.
Randy Simmons: He has coached with great passion at every level for many years. Enthusiasm and work ethics are key lessons that all his athletes learn.

Tom Regan: Coach or Athletic Director for twenty-seven years and continued volunteering for over forty-five years of dedicated service. His loyalty is a perfect mode for our athletic program.

Don Roberts: Coach of various sports for over thirty years. Won several league and district basketball titles. 1985 A.P. Class B Basketball Coach of the Year.
Mike Jackson: Twenty-eight years of dedicated service to our baseball and cross-country programs. Guiding student athletes to be better people in his legacy.

Don Harbour: Outstanding coach for thirty-nine years with the last twenty-four as a Pioneer basketball coach. Through his teaching and coaching, Don has had a big impact on many young people.
2010
Howard Lippenga: Head Boys and Girls Tennis coach for many years. The life Lessons of fairness and organization were taught by his coaching skills.
2020
Peggy Regan: A Pioneer alumnus who dedicated thirty years to teaching, coaching, and improving both the athleticism and character of countless students and athletes. She coached her track teams to numerous league and region titles and compiled an incredible win/loss record on the basketball court. She will forever be remembered as an incredible coach, mentor, and leader within the Pioneer community.

Darren Bongard: Outstanding girls basketball coach for twenty-seven years who won nine conference titles, eight district titles, and an overall record of 330 wins and 246 losses. Darren's basketball knowledge, commitment, and the expectations he had for his athletes led directly to the success of the Lady Pioneers.
