Croswell-Lexington Varsity Pioneers topped Cass City 4-2 on Monday.

Croswell-Lexington Varsity Pioneers opened the scoring in the first after Jax Johnston doubled, scoring two runs.

Croswell-Lexington Varsity Pioneers added one run in the second. Xander Marshall flew into a double play, making the score 3-0.

Braylon Collins started the game for Croswell-Lexington Varsity Pioneers. The right-handed pitcher gave up three hits and two runs over five innings, striking out one and walking one. Carson Anthes stepped on the mound first for Cass City. The pitcher surrendered two hits and two runs (one earned) over one inning, striking out two and walking one. Alando Mendoza threw one inning of shutout ball for Croswell-Lexington Varsity Pioneers in relief. The righty surrendered one hit, striking out none and walking none.
